The check in process was problematic. This seemed to be because the Les Suites relies upon a check in process with Vikey. Filling out the required information was difficult and in my case did not get sent to Les Suites. For our entire group the whole process was confused and lengthy.

Great stay in Bari. Location is great, very close to the Old Town. If you dont have much luggage, you can walk to the train station too. Room was really big, it had everything, including a dryer for towels and clothes in the bathroom. The staff was amazing, sorry I dont remember her name, but she was always helping me, very happy person. Breakfast was okay, not too many options, but it wasnt a problem.

Magda our host was a gem and went above and way beyond to help us and even solved a travel issue we had to ensure our schedule was not affected. We could not believe such kind and immediate attention. We highly recommend this host and her well located rooms also for friendly local knowledge. Richard and Jennie.

Our host Barbara was very welcoming and helpful. Our Suite was large & exceptionally clean. Very comfortable bed . Close to everything. 20 min walk to the train station.
